Mobilizing young people in acts of services (missions) in their communities, country and the world, is another way Youth Unlimited trains and disciples. We personally have been involved in sending young people to 5 continents, North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa. We see churches throughout the world have a desire to see young people come to Christ and be nurtured and discipled to become mature godly men and women.

I was born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. I am married to Betty (a fantastic Godly wife) and have three wonderful children. Betty and I have been in full time youth and adult ministry for 40 years.
I have always had a passion for reaching the unchurched youth and at the same time passionately pursuing the spiritual growth of young people who want to be discipled in the work one the Kingdom of God. Youth Unlimited’s purposed is reaching into the lives of youth with the love God. This is accomplished by coming alongside the local church in teaching, training and reaching the youth for their community. Youth Unlimited aggressively reaches out to the “at-risk” like goths, drug addicts, homeless, abused children and kids failing in school.

Steve, now semi-retired, was an executive at several corporations working in operations and finance. He and his wife Rosemary have been active with YU since its beginning. They have worked in church plants, mentoring young people & married couples for 35+ years.

Angel owns Azaria Financial Services and was once an intern with Youth Unlimited. He is married with two children and serves his local church and community as a tax consultant and financial planner.
Marty Peroni
Marty and his wife Kendra have been supporters and principal friends of Blayne and Betty for many years. They are gifted mentors to young people and married couples at their local church.
Gary Cropley
Gary has been in ministry for over 40 years and a lifelong friend of Blayne and Betty. He is a community pastor in Canada, working with companies in interpersonal communication and actively works alongside ministries throughout Canada, Mexico and Guatemala.
Len Wiens
Len and Debbie have served Jesus from their youth. Now with grown children, they own a highly successful dance school and serve as our prayer team leaders.
We could not accomplish our mission without their persistent and encouraging support.
Jack and Aimee Maddex
Jack and Aimee are our newest staff members at Youth Unlimited. They have something special that can only be described as grace and mercy wrapped in love. You want to relax and spend time with them. Jack is a gifted musician and his wife a talented artist. As a musician, he writes songs that speak to young people forging a trust and connection with honest communication. Their aim is to aid dysfunctional families by renewing relationships and strengthening values. They are passionate about their communities and actively raise funds for families in crisis. They are living examples that Jesus is a protector, comforter and friend in the darkest and loneliest times in our lives. We are excited to have them join our ministry team. This couple started the Spanish School Jabel Tinamit in 1999 which has now become one of the best language schools in all Central America. Their hearts and influence are seen throughout the local Mayan communities in the Panajachel area.

Neuva Guatemala was started by Luis and his wife. Their organization sponsors schools, teachers, and writes biblical curriculum for public and private schools throughout Guatemala.
Dr. Francisco Mendes
Dr. Francisco has a medical clinic in Guatemala City and is building a state-of-the-art hospital in his hometown of San Pedro. San Pedro and the surrounding area has a population of approximately 700K and only one hospital. Emergencies must be transported to Guatemala City. His life’s work is caring for the native population by providing healthy choices, medical treatment, pregnancy care and emergency surgery for these under-represented peoples.
